In conjunction with First Crack Coffee, I have recently begun roasting and serving my own coffee. I am wildly excited to take the business to the next level.
I feel like I have continued to learn and grown as a human and as I have gotten older have come to realize...you never stop learning. Humility plays a part. I know some things....but am curious how you do it. How others do it. I'm still new to this and am extremely fascinated by all of it.
This is a well balanced, Columbian, medium roast coffee that is working well as my drip coffee, pour-over and cold brew.
