Progress on The shop
Hello Coffee Lovers,

Today is Friday, May 9th
The concrete is curing and the contractors are paid. Time to move forward!! The electrician starts on Monday and hopefully we can begin the pony wall. I also need to find a sign place. Still so much to do!

The concrete is drying and needs till roughly the 28th to cure properly so the team can come in and grind the floor to a nice polish before adding the clear coat.
​
In the meantime, the electrician has his deposit and will start work on the electric.
​
It's MOVING!!!! I'm so pumped right now.

The grease interceptor is in!!!
Expecting them to fill it in and finish it up this coming week.
​
We also need to pour cement in the shop this week as well as start the pony wall so we can run water lines and power.
​
We'll still need to grind and polish the floors at some point in there too.
NOW HIRING
Looking to hire a couple of baristas for multiple shifts, 7 days a week.

What.....you still don't have permits??
That's right. Revisions!!! Trying NOT to add a second bathroom. To do that means splitting hairs and praying the inspector ok's this. C'mon universe......throw me a bone here!!
