All of our cups, lids and straws are biodegradable and I do my best to follow a sustainable business model and support other local business that do the same.
All our drinks are made with Ozo or Corvus coffee. If you don't see something you are interested in, please ask and I'll do my best to make it if I have the ingredients.
We serve Corvus Coffee (Denver, CO) as our primary drip and pour over coffees. I typically use their Dead Reckoning blend and occasionally use a single origin such as Tumba, a very nice Rwandan coffee.
I also use the Tumba single origin for my Cold Brew -
I typically use Corvus' Dead Reckoning as our drip coffee
We steep 1lb of the Corvus/Tumba to one gallon of filtered water, for 24 hours for an amazingly smooth and very strong cold coffee

Our drip coffee with steamed milk and nice layer of foam on top
I tend to use Lavazza / Super Crema for my espresso, or Ozo's (boulder)
Organic Isabelle, but it can tend to rotate.

We let the Earl Grey steep with an oz. of vanilla and top it with steamed milk and a little foam

We use Sanctuary Chai (Boulder).
Our Chai recipe is 50/50, chai to milk of your choice.
2oz. of syrup topped with soda water and fresh, house made whip-cream
Peach / Strawberry / Pineapple
Soda water over an oz. of vanilla and a double-shot of espresso on top. It's different and it's delicious.
Two pumps of Ghiradelli Chocolate, hand stirred with milk of your choice
We suggest topping it with our house made whip cream
