My espresso and my decaf coffee's come from an amazing small roaster,
Vellichor Coffee Roasters located in Golden, Colorado
For my drip coffee, I am fond of CORVUS COFFEE from Denver. Their Dead Reckoning blend is a smooth, lighter roast with amazing tasting notes and a mellow finish.

COLD BREW
We steep 1 pound of NOVS'S cold brew blend, to 1 gallon of filtered water, for 24 hours for an amazingly smooth and very strong cold coffee
CAFE AU LAIT
Our drip coffee with steamed milk and nice layer of foam on top
NITRO COLD BREW
This is NOVO'S Cold Brew Blend in a keg. The nitrogen makes it smooth and velvety.

A double-shot of espresso, steamed milk and a thick layer of foam

A double-shot of espresso topped with hot water
SPECIALTY DRINKS
SALTED CARAMEL LATTE 12-16oz.- A perfect double shot combined with two pumps of caramel sauce and a touch of Himalayan Salt with steamed milk of choice.
LONDON FOG 12-16oz.- hot
We let the Earl Grey steep with an oz. of vanilla and top it with steamed milk and a little foam

Our Chai recipe is 50/50, chai to milk of your choice.
